Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Our return, exchange, and Refund policies are straightforward. Please take the time to review them carefully.

Exchange:

We offer a 15-day exchange policy. If the product doesn't suit you or doesn't fit, you can exchange it for the same or another product within this period. Please note that courier charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. This policy excludes beauty products and items on sale. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). You can reach us via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange within 15 days.

Return:

We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to exchange the product for another item or receive a voucher of equal value if the product doesn't meet your expectations or fit correctly. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). You must also include the invoice slip with your return. Courier charges for returns are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 15 working days to initiate a return.

Refund:

If you wish to return the product for a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp within 15 working days. Our representative will call you, and if the service is available in your location, we will arrange to collect the product from your place. The refund will be transferred to your bank account or Easy paisa/Jazz cash account. Please note that the return will only be accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging (with the tag intact). You will receive 70% of the invoice amount back, and the payment will be processed within 10 days if the product is undamaged and unused. Customers are responsible for bank charges related to refunds/cashback.

Note: 

If we make a mistake, there will be no delivery charges for exchanges. If you prefer a refund, we will return 100% of the product amount to you after we receive the product at our warehouse.
